Shanna was born and raised in Garner and has always had a passion for volunteer work. She deeply values one of Jones’ core values, being driven to serve, and aims to complete 24 hours of volunteer work by the end of the year. Shanna possesses a natural empathy, allowing her to build personal relationships with both clients and coworkers by easily putting herself in someone else’s shoes.
She actively participates in Garner’s Young Professional group, which is affiliated with the Garner Chamber. Being surrounded by like-minded peers inspires her to make a positive impact on her community. Shanna truly embodies Jones’ values of being driven to serve and being a part of something bigger.
When Shanna isn’t at work, you can find her engaging in activities such as gardening, camping, hiking, paddleboarding, or anything related to the outdoors. She also enjoys hunting for treasures at local thrift and antique stores. A fun fact about Shanna is she is known for sending her teammates SpongeBob gif’s because he is her favorite character!
