Michelle grew up in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina, and graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Public Relations. After earning her degree, she embarked on a career that has blended her passion for helping people with a commitment to professional growth.
With many years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager in the insurance industry, Michelle has demonstrated being driven to serve and a part of something bigger by being dedicated to serving clients and building strong relationships. Her background in hospice care, spanning twelve years, further underscores her deep-rooted desire to support and care for others. Her ongoing pursuit of education and professional designations reflects her dedication to excellence in her field.
When Michelle isn’t in the office, she enjoys a vibrant family life with her husband, three children, two cats, and a lively Golden Retriever. Her oldest daughter is continuing the family tradition by studying at ECU. Michelle also cherishes her time at the coast, where her parents live. She embraces her life as “beautifully busy,” balancing a fulfilling career with rich personal experiences.
