Melissa is originally from Willow Spring, North Carolina. She joined Jones in 2021 and serves as a Team Support Specialist on our Commercial Lines team. She values being an ideal teammate and serving her clients.
When she isn’t in the office, you can find Melissa reading, playing tennis, baking, working out at the gym, and spending time with her black lab.
