Meet our Team

Lucadia Pittman is an HR professional with over 10 years of experience specializing in staff training and development, system organization, and employee relations. Born and raised in Hawaiʻi on the island of Oʻahu, she brings a strong Hawaiian cultural background and the spirit of aloha: respect, compassion, and connection, into everything she does. Lucadia relocated to North Carolina in 2023 and now resides in Clayton with her husband, youngest daughter, and grand-dog. 

She attended Hawaiʻi Pacific University and holds a SHRM-CP certification. Throughout her career, Lucadia has developed and implemented impactful training programs that have transformed no-experience staff into confident, effective managers, while also empowering teams and creating organized, people-centered HR systems. Passionate about bringing the human back to Human Resources, she strives to make a positive impact on people every day, both personally and professionally. 

Outside of work, Lucadia is an active member at the Church at Clayton Crossings, where she leads women’s process and people groups. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, working out, yoga, hiking, canoe paddling, and cheering on her favorite football team – Go Niners!
