As the Agency Administrator for Jones Insurance, Krysta brings a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence. Having served in leadership positions since age 18, she is a highly motivated professional dedicated to fostering growth and efficiency across the organization.
Krysta offers over ten years of experience in customer-focused environments, coupled with five years in specialized care settings, cultivating strong skills in management, service, and team building. She is committed to continuous professional development and is currently pursuing advanced study in Human Resources Management.
A SUNY Brockport alumna, Krysta holds a degree in Recreation and Leisure Management with minors in Political Science and American Sign Language.
Known for her energetic and positive approach, Krysta is also deeply involved in her community, volunteering monthly at a local food pantry. Originally from Rochester, NY, she enjoys exploring North Carolina’s outdoors while hiking with her Australian Shepherd, Piper. Krysta is excited to contribute her passion and dedication to the Jones Insurance team.
