Josie demonstrated her commitment to professional development by successfully completing the rigorous InsurAcademy program, providing her with specialized knowledge and a fast track into her first professional role and the insurance industry. Her core strengths lie in organizational management, effective communication, and disciplined time management, ensuring projects are handled efficiently and clearly.
Looking forward, Josie is focused on immediately excelling in her new position, viewing this role as a critical step in building a robust professional background. Personally, Josie is aiming to eventually pursue a Ph.D. in Forensic Psychology. This commitment to continuous learning drives her professional and personal development.
When not in the office Josie enjoys a range of intellectual and creative hobbies, including baking, learning new things, and reading the books that inspired her favorite movies.
