Meet our Team

Itzel Bautista joined our Personal Lines Department in January as a Team Support Specialist. Originally from Hidalgo, Mexico, and a Johnston County resident since 2003, Itzel brings a unique blend of cultural insight and professional discipline to our team. A graduate of Johnston County Early College, she holds an Associate in Arts and a Spanish Interpreter certificate, an asset that enhances our commitment to clear and inclusive client communication.

With an extensive background in fast-paced environments, Itzel excels in customer service, organizational workflow, and proactive problem-solving. Outside of the office, she stays active through running and exploring local restaurants. At home, she enjoys watching anime with her husband and spending quality time with her parents and brothers.
