Alisha Ackhavong, SHRM-CP, joined our team from Hickory, North Carolina, following her graduation from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Management and Society. Since joining the agency, Alisha has quickly become an integral part of our HR team. We are proud to share that she recently earned her SHRM-CP certification, further strengthening her foundation in recruiting, onboarding, and HRIS data management.
Alisha is driven by a passion for creating positive employee experiences and ensuring operational efficiency. As she grows with the agency, her focus remains on mastering HR operations and compliance while fostering a supportive workplace culture. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling to new cities and discovering local culinary gems with family and friends.
