Michelle was born in Miami, Florida, but she’s called Raleigh, North Carolina home since she was just four months old — and proudly considers herself a true North Carolinian. A graduate of North Raleigh Christian Academy, Michelle has spent her career growing her skills through hands-on experience, with a clear focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Her professional journey began at Raleigh’s iconic Goodberry’s Creamery, where she served up smiles (and ice cream) for 17 years. She then spent eight years as an Insurance Coordinator in medical offices before transitioning to a brokerage, where she’s spent the last six years managing clients and supporting teams with warmth, efficiency, and deep industry knowledge. Across every role, Michelle is known for her friendly demeanor, strong work ethic, and ability to make people feel seen and appreciated.
Outside of work, Michelle is a die-hard Carolina Hurricanes fan and loves beach getaways with her fiancé. She shares her home — and lots of laughter — with her 22-year-old daughter and a charming crew of five cats, which she insists is perfectly reasonable for an animal lover.
