Previously a key player in the competitive commercial electrical supply distribution industry, he built strong relationships with contractors on large-scale projects, developing a deep understanding of project logistics, risk management, and the importance of financial protection.
Relocating to North Carolina in 2023 to be closer to family, Dillon is eager to leverage his experience to help businesses in this vibrant market thrive. He excels at advising clients on risk management strategies, crafting comprehensive insurance solutions, and exploring bonding opportunities to support their growth.
Dillon’s background as a collegiate lacrosse player at St. Lawrence University instilled in him a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a drive for excellence. This aligns perfectly with our core value of “Being Driven to Serve,” evident in his past commitment to his community as a certified volunteer firefighter in New York.
Outside of work, Dillon enjoys staying active through scuba diving, golfing, and playing lacrosse. He also cherishes spending time with his family and fiancé, Dayna.
