Meet our Team

Bianca is originally from Illinois but primarily grew up in Northern California before relocating to North Carolina in 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2018. Bianca furthered her education with an MBA in Human Resource Management from Meredith College in May 2023 and has earned her SHRM-CP certification.

Bianca brings a wealth of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a passion for cultivating strong workplace cultures. Her Gallup Clifton Strengths—empathy, discipline, connectedness, developer, and includer—are a natural fit with our core value, being an ideal teammate.

Outside the office, Bianca enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, exploring the great outdoors, practicing Yoga and Barre, and discovering new restaurants and local events throughout North Carolina. 

Bianca is excited to leverage her skills, experience, and education to make a meaningful impact on our team. She is enthusiastic about deepening her expertise in HR and is committed to driving her career forward in this dynamic field.
